About Us

Daisy’s Delights started out in a 500 square-foot storefront in Ridley Park Pennsylvania in March 2005. Owner, Gina Newman would drive past the small shop and picture her dog’s picture, Daisy in the window. Gina had been baking gourmet dog treats for a while and selling them at local craft fairs and thought a storefront was the next step forward. One day the shop at 20 E. Sellers Avenue was up for rent and she took one giant leap forward! Soon the store took off and customers were requesting grooming. Gina got certified and the business grew and grew. It eventually moved to a larger shop in Ridley Park and then another larger shop in Ridley Park and eventually made it’s permanent home in Norwood, Pennsylvania at 42 W. Winona Avenue! Newman purchased the building and made renovations to accommodate a growing grooming business, never forgetting the gourmet dog treats and the bone shaped birthday cakes that got them started -which are still available today!

Daisy’s Delights is a proud member of the Norwood community and helps to support local teams and organizations. They hire the most loving and caring employees who do a wonderful job with the dogs and cats that are entrusted in their care.
